Simon is an RICS Associate and Registered Valuer. He has over forty years experience in Estate Agency during which he has run a market leading firm which won awards for supporting local charities and community groups. Simon and his wife Katherine moved their family to Bath in 2004 and have 'grown to love this part of the world'.

Alex Lord MRICS
Director - Home Survey department
Alex has a Masters in Planning and Real Estate from the University of Manchester and was awarded Membership of the RICS in 2023. Prior to setting up the business, Alex worked for four years at the London office of Colliers, a leading international commercial real estate firm. Bath/Bristol will always be home for Alex, with easy access to the countryside and Bristol's culture.
