Services

2.1 We offer professional residential property services, including RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys, and valuations in Bath, Bristol, and surrounding areas.

2.2 Service descriptions are available on our website. All reports are delivered in accordance with RICS standards.

Use of Website

3.1 You must not:

(a) republish material without permission;

(b) sell or rent website material;

3.2 We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of the site or the entire site at our discretion.

Booking & Payment

4.1 Service bookings may require upfront payment. All pricing is shown in GBP and includes VAT where applicable.

4.2 Invoices will be issued via our accounting software (Xero). Payment terms will be clearly stated on each invoice.

Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 You may cancel a survey by contacting us in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an inspection may be subject to a fee.

5.2 Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method.

Liability

6.1 Our services follow RICS regulations and are delivered with care and accuracy. However, we are not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on the report if information is later found to be incomplete or incorrect.

6.2 Liability is limited to the fee paid for the service.

Intellectual Property

7.1 All material on this site is owned by or licensed to Lords Survey & Valuation Ltd. Reproduction is prohibited.

Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
